Terms and Conditions of Sale and Other General Information

  1. You may freeze the gold rate at the time of placing the order by paying:

    • 75% advance for jewellery.
    • 90% advance for coins/biscuits/bars.
  2. The applicable gold rate will be the prevailing rate at the time of advance payment, irrespective of the rate on the day of delivery.

  3. The product must be collected within 30 days from the date of order once it is ready for delivery.

  4. If the gold rate is not frozen in advance, the higher of the following will be considered for final billing:

    • The rate at the time of booking.
    • The rate at the time of delivery/payment.
  1. We may, at our sole discretion, buy back, adjust, or exchange jewellery depending on market conditions and our prevailing buy-back policy.

  2. Jewellery submitted for exchange will be examined for:
    • Defects
    • Weight
    • Authenticity
    • Damage or stone defects (including cracks, replacements, or alterations)
  3. Valuation during exchange will be based on:

    a) Net gold content valued at the prevailing buying gold rate declared by the jewellers’ association on the date of exchange.

    b) Diamonds, platinum, and other precious metals/stones will be valued after appropriate deductions based on the difference between buying and selling rates.

    c) The following will be fully deducted:
    • Making charges
    • Taxes
    • Manufacturing wastage
    • Labour charges
    • Commission
    • Finance charges (e.g. credit card fees)
    • Value of stones such as enamel, meena, lac, beads, pearls
    • Any discounts given on the original invoice
  4. a) Solitaires will be valued based on prevailing market prices as per US$ and Rapaport listings.

    b) No buy-back is available for lab-grown diamonds (CVD), astrological stones, rudraksha, etc.

Exchange within 7 working days:

Jewellery may be exchanged at invoice value only if returned in the same condition as sold.

a) Full-value exchange will not be possible if the jewellery has been worn, altered, tampered with, misused, broken, or repaired.

b) Cash refunds are not permitted.

c) Exchange value must be used towards a new purchase, which will be billed at the gold rate applicable on the date of the new purchase.

d) No exchange will be processed without the original invoice.

The following minimum labour components will be deducted during return/exchange/refund:

  • Kundan/Polki/Antique/Victorian/Rose/Single-cut diamond/Silver & 14kt mix jewellery: 30%
  • Diamond and/or coloured stone jewellery (18kt/14kt): minimum 25%
  • Jadau and South Indian temple jewellery (18kt/22kt): minimum 20%
  • Italian finish/imported designs (18kt): minimum 35%
  • Platinum jewellery: minimum 4%
  • Regular gold jewellery: 10% to 15%
  1. The original invoice and authenticity certificate must be presented for exchange.

     

  2. If not produced, an additional deduction of 2.5% will apply, and valuation may take additional time. The store’s valuation will be final.

     

  3. In case of refund, an additional 10% deduction (excluding labour charges) will apply on the final exchange value.

     

  4. Refunds exceeding ₹10,000 will be processed only via:
    • Account payee cheque
    • Demand draft
    • NEFT / online transfer
  5. Processing time: minimum 20-25 working days, issued only in the customer’s name.

     

  6. A credit note may be issued instead, upon customer request.

     

  7. The company reserves the right to alter or withhold any refund/exchange rules without prior notice, depending on market conditions.

     

  8. Additional product information can be provided upon request.

     

  9. Customers must provide a copy of their PAN card and valid ID proof for purchases, exchanges, or refunds.

     

  10. Transactions will only be entertained with the original purchaser named on the invoice.

     

  11. Delivery for payments made via cheque, demand draft, NEFT, credit or debit card will be completed only after realisation of funds.

     

  12. The following are not covered under any guarantee:
  • Breakage
  • Oxidation
  • Chipping or falling of stones
  • Tarnishing
  • Damage from chemicals, perfumes, creams, or moisture
  • Mishandling or unauthorised repairs
  1. In case of disputes, jurisdiction will lie with courts in New Delhi only.
